Nzxt aer fan noisy

Got a new nzxt rgb aer fan and it's noisy, defiantly not because it's rattling against the case, I put some padding between the case and the fan and it's still noisy, but when I push the exhaust side of the fan In the middle where the fan bearing is it stops making noise which seems like it's just the fan

 

any cheap fixes I can do?

 

threw the packaging away so I can't return it
