RGB ME

So I pretty much have all the parts set, but lets be real, needs more RGB/lighting in general. Feel free to edit my build plan though too if there might be any compatibility issues or improvements beyond just the pcpartpicker compatibility checker. Budget - Under 2k US$ with full peripherals. Dual monitor setup. Plan of this build is to run MSPaint at 32k 60fps haha but for real though actual gaming at decent settings (nothing insane) and mild streaming of things like skyrim. Im trying to keep as much of a clean crisp and elegant look as I can when not doing custom loop water cooling and a whole bunch of other custom stuff for even more $$$$$$$$$.
