You should game on the T3500. Dual CPU motherboards are sometimes a pain when you try to use them as desktops (they boot longer and there's more to go wrong)
It looks like Windows 7 Pro dosen't support dual CPU motherboards (i'm not sure tho).

use win 10 pro sure it work with dual cpu beacouse i know someone that has one

but windows 7 pro also works there

it was running win 7 before

It looks like Rozaria is more of a budget gamer, so buying a Win10 key might not be an option (especially when it's not necesarry).

you can get win 10 free when you have 7

legally from Microsoft website
