1080p IPS Monitor for work and gaming/watching

Helo. I decided to get a 24 inch 1080p IPS monitor for working in CAD and watching movies/gaming.

At the moment i am deciding between

ASUS BE249QLB

Dell Professional P2417H

BenQ BL2423PT

 

Which one should i choose ? Are there any alternatives that i havent found yet ?

Last important parameter is to have adjustable stand like all those 3 monitors have.

I forgot to add that the screen should be matte .. I have problems with light in my room.
