300USD Budget Build Used Components?

Best cpu's, gpu's and etc for 300USD used? Has to be able to run games like CSGO , Insurgency , COD MW Franchise , GTA V , GTA IV and BF1 , Total War Atilla , Total War Napoleon , DAYZ , Far Cry 4 , Injustice Gods Among Us at high or medium is fine too while getting decent fps.

Get something like a used i3 haswell, like the 4160. You can find some for probaly 50$ and a h81 for 30$. For the GPU I would recommend the RX 470 new.

you can find an i5 2400 for $56.60 USD, a 4gb stick of ddr3 is $29.76 and an r9 390 double dissipation is $207.48 on taobao, can try those. if you want to cheap out a HIS iceQ r9 290 is $130 while an r9 290x is $160.
