core i5 4460 + rx 480 bottleneck?

Hi guys, first topic that i've made so please go easy on me.

 

i currently have a gtx 950, a core i5 4460, and 12gb of ddr3 ram and i don't get a lot of fps in the new, big games.

that why i want to upgrade to a amd rx480, because i think that's the problem, but i'm not sure if my cpu or my ram will greatly bottleneck my graphics card.

do you know if it will bottleneck and/or do you recommend getting something else first?

maybe in some games but generally speaking the rx 480 and that i5 should be a fairly balanced match.
