Hey guys I'm interest in building a new system something about 450-600€ or $ I already have a gtx 1060 6gb gigabyte a hard drive and power supplie... 

Would be nice if you could send me some suggestions for a nice build to play most of the new games at 1080p 60 fps +

Oh alright, then that will easily get you 60+ FPS at 1080p

I had a i7 2700k or 2600k @ 4ghz and 16 gigs of ram and had some struggle at mafia and dying light you think the newer hardware will fix this...?

 

btw mostly playing cs and rocket and at the side newer more graphic intense games

Well if you are playing cs and rocket league then you could honestly use a computer made of cardboard and toothpaste. But this will most likely be able to run the games you wish to play.
