The Corsair SF 450 and SF 600 are the best SFX PSUs you can buy now, I would recommend either. 

 

But out of the ones you picked, I think (I haven't looked that up, that is what I remember) the Lian Li SFX-L uses the same platform as the Silverstone SX500-LG, if that is the case, I guess the SX500-LG is the better of the 2.
