The Hulk and 4k Gaming

Nick named this PC "The Hulk" since my 3 yr old thinks its cool. Pretty fun to play on and great for graphic editing or working with images. Got the itch for this by watching Linus's youtube vids lol. Next one my son and I are building is i7 5960X, any advice appreciated!

ASRock Z270 Killer SLi

Thermal Take Liquid Cooled Green

16 GB Team LED DDR4

2x GTX 1070 Founders

2x Evo 850's

2 TB HD For backup

Samsung 55 inch SUHD 4k Curved @ 120 hz

NZXT Flat white case w/ Tempered Glass

wait for ryzen and don't get that chip

Why would he? Looking at ryzen benchmarks, the top of the line ryzen chip is going to be about as powerfull as the i7 5960x. It would make no difference.

I'm not going to return it I got it at a price that makes it worth keeping. 

 

Possibly donating this next build to a veteran. Still up in the air just depends on what the final build out costs me.
