Need Help Upgrading

Here is my current PC Specs:

CASE: Corsair Carbide Air 740

MOBO: Gigabyte 990FX

CPU: AMD FX-8320

RAM: 4x Corsair Vengeance 4GB

PSU: CorsairCX600M

GPU 1: MSI GTX 1070 Sea Hawk X

GPU 2: AMD Radeon R7 240

What I want is to upgrade my CPU. Preferably Intel. If I can stick with my DDR3 RAM and current PSU and just change the MOBO, CPU, and Cooler (Don't need to OC so a quite one please) that'd be perfect. I'd be fine upgrading to DDR4 though and if it really needs to upgrade my PSU. I'm a streamer on Twitch so it needs to be able to handle High graphic games while streaming. Thanks for the help friends.

I have the AMD one to basically run my second monitor as not to take any performance from my 1070. It was my first card so I just kept it.
