SPECS: AMD A10-7850k, GTX 1050 ti, 8 GB DDR3 1600MHZ Ram.

 

After some extensive benchmarking etc. I still can't figure out the problem. 

 

Everything normal texture detail on high, no msaa no fxaa 16x filtering - 33 fps

 

Everything normal texture detail on high, msaa x8, fxaa 16x filtering + post fx ultra - 31 fps

 

Both tests look exactly the same while driving. CPU temps are around 61 Celsius, usage is almost 100% all the time. 

 

Turning resolution to 720p did not improve frames what so ever. Hurt them a little

 

I understand i am bottlenecking my gpu, but why wont the frames even increase or even decrease???? Any help is appreciated and i do not have the budget to upgrade right now.

I didn't think the 1050ti was a good card.
