Monitor Help.

So i hooked up two monitors to my windows 10 system and when I open a program on my 2nd monitor, it opens the program on my main display. This is really annoying because when I want to play games and open chrome it just gets on my main display and I have minimize my game and drag the program to my second monitor, pls help.

Pretty sure that's working as intended for the most part

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...
