titan x broken

i have a broken titan x what should i do with is it is not the new version it is the old one should I try to reflow or should I find a place to repair it if anyone know of a place that is not too much tell me.

do you still have warranty can you maybe send it to the manufacturer for repairs?

no i bought it second hand nvidia needs to know the date i bought it.

it works but when i boot in to windows it will not start the screen goes black and shows a lot of artifacting

i do only have a 500 watt power supply and i know this thing suck juice should i try it in a bigger power supply.

Nah, at idle it draws 30W max.... It is probably broken...
