Don't try to reflow it, I've got a green link in my signature explaining it.

 

Whats broken? Can you see it in device manager if its installed as a secondary card?

i do only have a 500 watt power supply and i know this thing suck juice should i try it in a bigger power supply.

Nah, at idle it draws 30W max.... It is probably broken...
