Is my PSU causing my PC to black screen and crash?

This is what windows tell me - The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

 

This only happens when playing high demanding games like ARK, Rust or Planet coaster, whenever i play Rocket League, Dota 2, Rainbow six siege or any well optimized game i will not crash EVER!

 

Is this my PSU Failing?

 

Specs:

CPU - FX 8350

MOBO - MSI 970A Krait

GPU - XFX R9 390X DD

Cooler - Hyper 212 EVO

RAM - HyperX Fury 1600 MHZ DDR3 2x4GB
