Dual fan on cryorig h7

halpmepls

Can I put a ml120 pro onto the cryorig h7 for dual fan, and change the speed of the ml120 pro to fit the fan on the cryorig h7, or can I not.

that's not how cpu cooling works. In short no. But why?

It's like putting another wheel next to an existing one on a car

If you mean to have the ML120 Pro run at the same percentage speed as the stock QF120, that is only a matter of powering them from the same controller. If you mean to match the rpm, that is more difficult.

The H7 comes with an additional pair of mounting clips for 120mm mounting holes.

Been there, tried that, negligible gain,  not worth the added noise.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.
