CUE Help!

Hi guys! I really want to customise my Strafe RGB, but I don't have windows, only OSX so I got the unofficial OSX version. For some reason, I can't seem to open the CUE. There is only executives and things that open with terminal. I opened something that made me download something, but I can't find it. I tried winebottling the CUE but I wasn't really able to do that too. I would really like to customise my keyboard so it react/change to the beat or just plain pulse. Can someone help me open the OSX version or winebottle the win version? Thanks!

There is no official support for the corsair strafe rgbs and OSX, your best bet it to try to ask over here.

From the looks of it, you gotta be comfortable in terminal to use this? didn't read too much into it though.

Looks like you downloaded the source code. Try downloading the .pkg installer instead:https://github.com/ccMSC/ckb/releases/tag/v0.2.6

You sure you downloaded the ckb.pkg from the link? It should be the automated installer and not the source code.

Welp, It's gonna take a long time to download (for some reason, wifi's real slow rn (not even downloading...)

 

EDIT: Idk why but I clicked on the ckb.pkg last time, but it downloaded a zip file. idk why it's different this time.

I found this on the apple forums. There are a few different fixes so I'm just linking the post instead of paraphrasing. GL.
