Forza Horizon 3 - Need help please!

Hey guys!

 

I want to join a club on Forza Horizon 3, but I can't because it has been blocked by Parental Control.

I also can't get any paint jobs online that other people have made because it is blocked by parental control.

 

I already contacted Microsoft but they can't help me because of "privacy" reasons.

Does anyone know where I can change the settings so I am able to join clubs and get paint jobs?

Help is much appreciated!

1) Get the password to parental control and turn it off

2) ask nicely

3) wait a couple years

The problem is, I can't find what the parent's account name is. And my father or mother never created a Microsoft account and one for me. I'm on pc btw, and 17 year's old.

Im guessing its because your parents put a parental control lock on your xbox live account. You'll have to go through them.

well there wouldn't have to be a separate account. It would just be in your own account settings. Your best bet would be to get someone on the phone with a parent probably.

On the xbox PC app if you click on your name there should be on option labeled "More" which brings up the "Privacy" option.

 

That should bring you to MS's website to log in to your account.

When you do log in there will be the following option:

 

Share stuff people make (Xbox 360: Member Content)

Decide who can see stuff you make, and whose stuff you can see.

People can create images, text, and custom content in games and profiles, which you may find inappropriate.

This setting doesn't affect seeing other people’s game clips, content made with Upload Studio, content already downloaded, nor download of Indie Games.
