Good all white fans ?

It's not the best in static pressure, but the looks may just make you choose that Bitfenix over the others. If you can deal with some white and not all white, go with the Corsair ML140 fans. A little black never hurt anyone...

Follow up on my last post:

The static pressure on the Bitfenix Spectre 140mm is acceptable enough for single push-pull or dual-triple fan radiator setups if you want looks over performance. Even then, your performance won't really be much different than a couple of SP140s if you don't plan on overclocking heavily

You could spray paint the perimeter of any fan and use a brush to paint the blades.

Don't do that. It would ruin the balance if you don't do it right. Keep it safe and get one that's already been made. Even if you get a Noctua or a Corsair fan painted and working, it'll be a lot worse of a performer than the Bitfenix

Good idea, sometimes if they have white lighting they can appear to be white as the light is shining through it.

Guess clear would be next best thing, I am going for a white theme with my new setup, hence the search for new fans and stuff in advance
