Corsair RM650x or SeaSonic SSR-650( G-series)

Ryytli

I really can't decide which one to buy. Both of them have similar price.

Cons

RM650x: i've read that PSU might have some problems with coil whine, have 6+2 pin PCI adapter

SRR-650: the ATX cable isn't fully sleeved, which is not very ideal for clean build and overall doesn't look as nice as RM, have 6+2 pin PCI adapter

Pros

RM650x: have fully sleeved cables

SRR-650: good quality and doesn't have so many problems

So which one to choose?

Of course you can suggest different PSUs in similar price point( 110€ Europe)

(NOTE: EVGA g2 and Cooler Master v series have much higher price where i live and I'm going to buy Asus Dual GTX1060 which only has one 6-pin connector but i would love to have cleaner build and don't want that extra 2 pin PCI adapter hanging out)

What case will you have? If it has a basement or a large area out of sight then you could get extensions (and then the lack of sleeving on the Seasonic or the extra +2 pin wouldn't matter).

Both are very good, but the RMx is a better PSU.

Corsair RMx. Coil whine is a lottery (just like all GPUs) and the Corsair unit (in terms of ripple suppression, voltage regulation, crossload performance, hold-up time, component selection etc.) is the superior choice overall. IIRC, the Seasonic has an absurd fan curve for some reason...

I think i'm going to get Corsair 400c.  And if you know where i could find  extensions for ATX 24-pin adapter in Europe?

But does someone know where i can get PSU extensions for PCI cables, like is there any solution to get 6+2 pin to only one 6 pin?
