Motherboard light is on but PC won't turn on

Problemaddict23

I recently switched cases and power supplies on my PC build and when everything was put into the new case it won't turn on, when I first put it in there part of the motherboard was touching the case (enthoo pro) after I turned it on and I have no idea how the front panel connectors needs to go into the motherboard. I can't tell if the motherboard (m5a78l-m lx plus) had burn marks cause it is black. The CPU cooler only has two screws in completely due to the other not going all the way down to the motherboard. I just have no idea what to do anymore and am hoping to possibly get some answers. Any help is welcome. I have a graphics card but its not plugged in for pics sake.

Hi, did you read the motherboard manual to see what it shows for front IO? Also some of Linus's older build logs can show what goes to what, but each pin should tell what it is.
