Hi.. Its me again.. may I ask what the freak is this pop-up from notepad. It says desktop.ini help me please :3

just close it, if it happens again, you might have a problem, if so then post again

Every time I reboot, I expect it to not pop up again. I dunno where to look anymore, it keep popping every reboot.. :(
