I want to be able to do some moderate overclocking with my system, will this psu do the job?

what is the wattage of the psu? 520? if it is then it is ok because you system is almost 400w

go with 600/650 or even 700 if you want to be 100% sure, but it should work

no. it will just work, that would be throwing away money unless OP is planning on doing SLI which developers are moving away from

It's not the highest of high quality Seasonic units and performs "good" electrically, but it should be fine.
