You can't do what you are talking about, you could run a video capture device and then hav the output go to a window but then you are left with recordings of your gameplay every time you play which will take up a lot of space. Just connect the Xbox to one of your monitors and enjoy the fullscreen

You can't do what you are talking about (at least on the cheap, you will need to buy a HD PVR...to do what you want...)  but if your monitor is connected to your computer via HDMI, you can use this

Plug PC Into input 1, and xbox into input 2, when your xbox turns on the image will automatically switch to the xbox out put and when you turn it off, it will automatically go to your PC's output.  Awesome cheap little device, very good for connecting multiple hdmi's into one port.

 

Or you can just connect them to separate ports on your monitor and manually switch...but thats boring!

and then you can get video and audio stream on your pc however im not sure if that product supports it its a example
