Save your desktop layout with DesktopOK

After wiping and redoing my video drivers and messing with resolutions it became a pain to fix my desktop icon layout, I did some Googling and came across DesktopOK. I will say the only issue I had was after the initial download the program didn't load in English but you just have to select it under DesktopOK>languages.

Or you could use some well established (multi-)monitor software like DisplayFusion or ActualMultipleMonitors to create multiple desktop profiles with resolution changes, icon layout etc.
