So I know this isn't a bug xp, I guess its more of an issue, one that is no where near as important :P 

As you can see, I'm fairly new and I see this signature that people have, how do I do it?

Do I need some sort of level? or rank?

Click where the top arrow is, then go to "Account Settings"

nope you cant have any it wont let you save it if you do, and a emoji counts as a pic for some reason its dumb
