i believe you can on the top in the back above mobo

however I very much could be wrong, you might only be able to do dual 120's on the top. It's a weirdly configured Case, so I am not entirely sure, sorry

afaik nope, no watercooling support, maybe only for a 120mm/140mm rad, but air cooling would be better than that

I don't know for sure but I think if a case fits a 200mm fan on top there should be enough romm for a 2x140mm watercooler. Don't quote me on this though.
"Top (exhaust) :
200 x 200 x 30 mm Colorshift fan (600~800rpm, 13~15dBA)"

on http://de.thermaltake.com/products-model_Specification.aspx?id=C_00001788

EDIT: I have no idea but I don't seem to find any proof for it to be possible so it rather might not.

where do you see it? I guess caseking is right about support for only 120/140 mm single rad. The case has only single fan intakes with max 200mm. AFAIK the H110 is a dual rad, so it's longer than the 200mm fan cutout

by the way would it be a good idea to install a fan in the bottom for air input and set the fan on the side to exhaust?

I wouldn't, because it puts a ton of air on the gpus so they'll run cooler and more quiet. A bottom fan wouldn't effect much IMO
