Google Chrome lags and stutters on YouTube Videos?

I'm running windows 10 Pro with 8GB RAM and AMD graphics on a Lenovo Laptop

 

Everything is working fine but since the clean install it hasn't coped with HD video on YouTube? It can do 1080 sometimes but then a lot of my subs upload in 60fps and it just completely lags and messes up. even when trying to go from full screen to normal it lags like crazy, I think it has something to do with flash players and plugins with chrome, It didn't have this issue with Microsoft Edge but i've been using chrome for years and all of my accounts are on there.
