that is VERY BROAD, i could say 950 or titian

both would do the job, but titan is expensive

You need four Titan X's.

I'm only guessing that the budget isn't concerned.

it is.

Sorry about that, some forum members get a little tired of some members not structuring their posts - for $300 you could easily get a fairly overkill GPU for Rocket League, what resolution are you playing at?

CPU: 5930K @ 4.5GHz | GPU: Zotac GTX 980Ti AMP! Extreme edition @ 1503MHz/7400MHz | RAM: 16GB Corsair Dom Plat @ 2667MHz CAS 13 | Motherboard: Asus X99 Sabertooth | Boot Drive: 400GB Intel 750 Series NVMe SSD | PSU: Corsair HX1000i | Monitor: Dell U2713HM 1440p monitor

Then go for a 970, every step down will decrease performance, but you could go as low as 950 and still be fine

i would try and stay on 900 (Nvidia) or 300 (AMD) series that will give you longevity in software and hardware. (i recommend Nvidia, amd is a sinking ship)

Well assuming 1080p is the highest resolution you'll be playing at, go for a GTX 960 or R9 380 - both will do the job equally as well, it just depends what added features you'll prefer (G Sync vs FreeSync, Better DX12 support with the AMD card etc)

CPU: 5930K @ 4.5GHz | GPU: Zotac GTX 980Ti AMP! Extreme edition @ 1503MHz/7400MHz | RAM: 16GB Corsair Dom Plat @ 2667MHz CAS 13 | Motherboard: Asus X99 Sabertooth | Boot Drive: 400GB Intel 750 Series NVMe SSD | PSU: Corsair HX1000i | Monitor: Dell U2713HM 1440p monitor

No, just true. There's a clearly explained template for asking advice on PC parts, it needs to be in context. It's not a biggie. :)
