You can just use a enthusiast GPU and it should work just fine with the developing application you mentioned above.

I don't know alot about arc but it's said to be poorly optimized. so dont get mad when you dont get the frames or settings you expect

I'll be honest here if you were planning to spen 450 something dollars on that quadro, any enthusiast grade gpu in that price range should do you just fine. Go to newegg and look for a gpu within the 400$-500$ bracket.

Yes, it should do pretty good. It's a fast graphics card.
