£550 pound build for friend

Hey LTT forums, my friends has just messaged me asking me if i could help him build a PC for up to £550 and i was wondering if you guys could help me out. He plans on using the system mainly for gaming and possibly also as a Steam Machine. Any help would be brilliant, thanks for reading!
