ASUS Z97-AR BIOS HELP

I just upgraded my motherboard and cpu to a Intel i5-4690k with an ASUS Z97-AR. I need help with fan speed in bio and how to set it all up. ALSO how to change boot order so my optical drive does not go crazy when I power up. Plse help!!!

You can always read your manual... Its different for each motherboard, but the instructions you seek will be there for your motherboard. Ill even link it right here for you. If you dont want to read, just navigate to boot options and put your HDD first. And for the fan, navigate to fan speeds... Not being sarcastic, thats really all thats to it.
