Why UK Internet Sucks

i get decent speed and im with bt but with home hub 2 

http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4147160768

with Ethernet i get around 60 down and 30-25 up

but bt is horrendously unreliable 

that's not decent :/ anything below 100 is slow.

I have 100 mbit down 10 mbit up i´m on wifi so I get only 20 down 10 up becouse of this 

Switch to 5ghz

its decent for the uk and its like the max i can get in my area

I pay about 20 dollars(I think, 22,500won) for 700 down.

I am stuck with BT as i live in the middle of noweare and it its a bundled exchange with only adsl. So i can't even switch provider.

But I may soon be getting fttp

Considering this is on a powerline adapter and there's a few things running off the mains at the minute, I don't think this is too bad, but I'm meant to be getting about 30 down, soon to be 60 down when virgin media finally decide to do the upgrade here.

I live in the middle of noweare so it is good for for being 15miles from the extange

The problem in the UK BT owns most of the broadband network and they never want to spend money on it.

Still i only got broadband in 2010 before then BT Yahoo Dail-UP
