Upgrade from Antec 300

So I've decided I want to upgrade my Antec 300 to something newer and more premium...but I still have a limited budget, probably a max of 100 dollars or 80 euro. I'm running a normal gaming machine, nothing special FX8320 and a HD6970 and one HDD. I'd like something that isn't too noisy, but noise isn't the main factor, good airflow and premium features and looks are far more important to me. So what would you guys recommend? Thanks in advance (Oh btw my mobo is ATX) :)

If you want a more subtle look, go for something like Fractal's Define R4 or Corsair 550D.

 

If you want the more flashy stuff, I'd go with the one of the Cooler Master Storm series for your budget.
