can i add the storage im not using to windows c

i have two hard drives but one had two particients on it (idk how to spell) and i got a new one to put all the data on the D: drive onto to clear the particient and add it to the c drive but ive gotten to the stage of its on the new hard drive and now i haev no idea how to add the currently not used space to the windows c drive to use there anyone got any clue ?

like basically i want to extend the hdd but the thing is windows drive manager wont let me so is there another way of doing it ?

You can try using GParted, which will allow you to create and delete partitions of any file system.  If that doesn't work, I recommend booting into GParted Live and editing from there (which is outside of Windows).  Make sure to be careful though, I won't take responsibility if you screw things up. Hope this helps.

okay ehhh i got the gparted but how do i turn it on ?....or well start the program....i cant find the file to start it
