I want a G27 racing wheel, but my desk...

I intend to purchase a Logitech G27. This racing wheel has force feedback, and it's what I understand to be some rather forceful force feedback. I hesitate to get it not only because it costs a lot, but also because of my desk setup. My keyboard and mouse and all that business go on a roll out tray thing while my screens go on the actual desk. There's no extra room on the actual desk, which forces the wheel to go on the roll out bit.

Will the force feedback pull the roll out tray out of my desk to due the vibrations and movement and stuff? Am I going to have a terrible time with it moving the tray up and down, too?

Thank you for your time.

You can adjust the amount of force that the wheel outputs but regardless I still think that you would have issues with your keyboard tray. The G27 is expensive and it's a lot of money to spend only to not be able to use it in a way that would be enjoyable.

I have the PS2 version of the G25 that I pull out once in a while. I would put it on a roll out keyboard tray myself. What I want to do someday myself is figure out a table of self built tray that can set on the ground in front of my desk since the desk itself is a bit high for comfort.

Well, maybe I could find a way to bolt it to the actual desk yet...does anyone know how much clearance there is on that bolt thingy?
