I'm not sure what you mean by "PC Is called Viper "? Does this mean that this PC is pre-builded? if not I would recommend go for a single GPU rather than SLI. Also if you can give the location and budget it would help everyone to be able to make the best build with the available budget for you

Get a 780ti instead of the 770 sli. Also, get the h105 instead of the h110. Change the stock fans with push pull Gt's. Change the 2tb Green drive to a 2tb seagate SSHD

Holy crap, Maximus VI Extreme NO. just NO. WAAY unnecessary. If you really wanna go ROG go for a Hero, you won't be able to take advantage of all of the features unless you're doing liquid helium OC'ing or something, in which case by all means go for the Extreme. Go for a 780 TI instead of the 770's in SLI, like Linus, not a fan of dual-GPU configs, go for the highest end possible GPU, and if then you still need more juice, get another one then.

sli has allot of issues because games arent optimized for duel gpus in some games you would be getting less frames with 2 gpus then 1

2 gpus: more performance, a lot of issues and some games will use only one. Single gpu: No issues, less performance $, quieter, cooler.

ok thanks

What is the difference between 770 and 780TI

Plus want two 770's be better in gaming compared to one 780ti

780Ti is alot faster than the 770, and if it's possible always goes for the 1 GPU solution, because not all game is optimized for SLI or Crossfire, so while some game have alot better fps, some will drop down, especially the game that just come out. With SAV1OUR's build it only cost you ~ 2200$, and your budget is 3500$ so you can always goes for 1 more 780Ti (around 800$ more), upgrade you HDD to 2-3TB or even better just change it to SSHD, or you could spend that extra money on keyboard/mouse or another monitor if you going for SLI.
