What smart phone do you use

HTC One X+ international, running the Android Revolution ROM (Standard 4.2.2 + Sense 5 with performance tweaks). I've owned it for the past year and its served me well. Its also my first smartphone (Yes, I wanted a flagship model for my first smartphone).

Sony Xperia P wich i bought used for a whopping 200$... and before you say ive been ripped, sadly every smartphone costs irrationally expensive in my country(nexus 5 costs 550$ with taxes and everything...). At least its in mint condition. I changed from my HTC Desire S 2 months ago, and altho its good, i was hoping for a more "dramatic" upgrade by buying it. Now im waiting for the Z1 compact to get a pricetag and be available...

I'm having a hard time deciding guys:

Nexus 5

or

Moto G

as my next smartphone. I'd be coming from a Nexus 4. I'd like to sell my N4 before the value plummets too low and the battery not lasting all day irritates me (despite having a wireless charger to top it off).

Got the Droid Maxx a few weeks ago, best thing I ever got. 5 inch good looking screen, largest battery on the market, and is able to keep up with and pass all games and default multitasking. Very good upgrade from the origin RAZR.

I DON'T use one. :D No, seriously, I've never found one to be that necessary for me for the duration of my limited lifespan. This isn't to say that they aren't useful, 'cuz I think they can be, but I just haven't needed or wanted one.

Gaming desktops, on the other hand... xD

Why is the God of Hyperdeath SO...DARN...CUTE!?

Also, if anyone has their mind corrupted by an anthropomorphic black latex bat, please let me know. I would like to join you.

Nexus 5 is more future proof than the Moto G . Moto G is pretty decent though

I was also considering resale value too... Moto G is kinda unknown but if someone sees a N5 on craigslist in the near future they'd buy it without hesitation... I'm concerned about battery life though.

Moto G could last a day in normal usage and I heard that the Nexus 5 battery got better after the 4.4.2 update. If you cranked your phone with hd games and streaming then it'll drain the battery faster just like any other phone with bigger battery capacity.

  • 2 weeks later...

I am currently using a Samsung Galaxy S4, thinking of flashing the stock touchwiz S4 with Google Edition or CyanogenMod when my warranty is over.
