waht monitor

Bajantechnician
Go to solution Solved by Geekazoid,

@Bajantechnician, back on topic. If you have the cash to blow I would personally get 3 - 5 x ASUS PB238Q IPS displays as you'd be able turn them all into portrait mode if you wanted or even just for the coolness factor. They're pretty awesome. :D

what 120-144 hz refresh rate monitor with small bezels. what  should i get for 3-5 eyefinity gaming and possibly moving watching monitors. and can the color ratio and responce time be a bit higher?i have to budget for monitors so. and they have to be 1080p. Thanks

Don't get TN panels for eyefinity. You're better off with IPS panels for the viewing angles alone not to mention the better color reproduction.

I think you mean contrast ratio. Both contrast ratio and response times are both generally bull specs. Ignore them.

It would help to know where you are shopping/located and your budget.

If you plan on running 3 - 5 monitors in Eyefinity, 120-144Hz isn't really needed. Unless you're rocking like two 780tis, 60FPS is just fine. Go for a good quality IPS panel. LG has some new, cheap IPS panels, I've got the previous TN models (three 24") and the bezels are 15mm wide. Really nice monitors, the new IPS ones are in the exact same casing, just a different panel. I can recommend those as they're the same price at around $180USD give or take.

Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 | Intel Core i7 4790k | Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming GT                              Notebook: Dell XPS 13

                 16GB Kingston HyperX Fury | 2x Asus GeForce GTX 680 OC SLI | Corsair H60 2013

           Seasonic Platinum 1050W | 2x Samsung 840 EVO 250GB RAID 0 | WD 1TB & 2TB Green                                 dat 1080p-ness

Are there any good ones like that one that are red and black and 120 hz?

None that are IPS which would be best suited for eyefinity..

This also has nothing to do with the topic, but should I get a glacier 240 or a swiftech h220?

The 240L is essentially an improved of the H220.

How bout va?

Thy are mainly slower than IPS panels but have darker blacks.

Neither are worth it for gaming unless you just have money to blow. Same goes for the 4930k or going lga 2011 for gaming in general.

Yes, it will cool the 4930k just fine.
