Assassin III and Trident Z RGB

so I ordered my new system today and its coming in tomorrow but now I realized that the assassin 3 cooler might not have clearance for trident z rgb (I dont care about the rgb showing ofc, just being able to work). 

does anyone have this combination that can tell me whether it has enough clearance or not? 

 

also if it didn't will there be a serious downside or issue if I were to move the last fan a notch higher?

No difference (as long as it still fits in your case of course)

Heatsink will clear RAM, fan is overhanging it. So if your case has room for it, you can easily just move fan bit up.
