If there is anyone out there that has or looking to buy a Velocifire Keyboard, know that their customer service is really nice and easy to work with. My return period expired with amazon, and I was having issues with my TKL 02ws model... they are giving a full refund, no hassle and no hoops. While I had some complaints about the keyboard, I have zero so far about their customer service. So if you are not sure about trying their product, I would say that you will not regret trying it just by the customer service alone. Be sure to give them feedback so new models can be improved.
