How to move OS from SSD to NVME SSD of a smaller size?

I have been trying to move my Windows OS from my 1TB Samsung SSD to my new Barracudda 500gb NVME. The Samsung has a sector size of 512 and the Barracudda has a sector size of 4096, which apparently makes it incompatible to clone in Macrium Reflect. Not sure what to do.
