I'm going to upgrade my monitor next week, need some recommendations.

Well guys, I have got a big decision ahead of me ! I have already decided that I'm going to buy an IPS panel due to some facts that I'll list. I am currently gaming on a Sony 3D Playstation monitor which is locked at 60hz so I have already become used to it. My graphics card is a GTX770 and I'm running most of my games on the highest settings so I am not getting nowhere near 100+FPS so a 120/144hz TN wouldn't make sense to buy since I wouldn't be taking advantage of it. But here is where I need some help. I'm looking into buying a 24' inch IPS panel for under $300 or $350 if needed. 

 

Can you guys recommend me some good 24'inch IPS panels for under $300 or $350!

Acer H236HL 23 inch IPS 1080P slim bezel monitor for $179, you can't go wrong

I've heard good things about the Dell U2412M. Also, what @TechSage said. Although I've heard that they're hard to get hold of in some places.
