It's my first time posting here guys but i really don't know what is going on with my laptop and I'm desperate for help!

Today i installed Intel XTU to try undervolting my laptop and i noticed that this BIOS version does not let me undervolt at all (BIOS GU502GV.309). So I looked up in some forums and I could downgrade my BIOS to 307 and undervolt my laptop. Well, I did that and indeed it lets me undervolt using XTU BUT my CPU clock speeds dont ever go above 2,5Ghz and i don't know why, it seems that something is blocking the clock speed of the CPU to his base clock. I tried to change perfomance modes in armoury crate and nothing happened, i unninstalled armoury crate and installed again and still the same. Changing the power plan in control panel does nothing aswell... Please help me out guys, this was a perfomance beast, a hot one but still a good one.
