My mice keeps lagging. can anyone help

I have multiple mice and I have had this problem multiple times. Sometimes there is a delay and it comes in strides so sometimes it will be fine and other times the clicks wont work or will be delayed. I have reinstalled the drivers, tried different USB port and it still lags. Can anyone help
