EVGA 500 Watt PSU +80 Issues/Coil Whine

I just heard some coil whining in my EVGA 500 Watt PSU 80+.  However for some reason my USB ports + my USB 3.0 Hub keeps reconnecting and disconnecting + my UPS is losing it's connection via APC's PowerChute Personal Edition.  Should I go ahead and replace my PSU since it's out of warranty and my original EVGA PSU was RMAed and this one was the one I got back from them.
