If you don't plan on streaming, for just slightly more than that 2060 KO you could get a really good 5600XT, which is about on par in terms of raw performance:

For the 2060, Gigabyte's Windforce cards tend to be quite reasonably priced and are fairly decent:

Depends on the games and game settings you want to play.

there is no budget card if you ant to hit 120 fps and you can't hit in newer titles even with 2080 S.

 

Please do not take offence for my apparent confusion or rudeness,it's not intent me to be like that,it's just my BPD,be nice to me,and I'll return twice better,be rude and usually I get easly pissed of...I'll try to help anyone here,as long as it's something I dealt with,and even if you think I'm rude or not polite,forgive me,  it's not me it's my BPD.

Read the thread, I already mentioned my games. I'll be happy with medium settings or console equivalent. 

If not budget then, as cheap as possible
