Budget (including currency): INR 22000

Country: India

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: (3d animation and blender) both will be done in blender and some 1080p gaming

 

Note: I forgot about this in the beginning I would love to future proof as much as possible.

In India the 5600xt is 29000 inr while these two are around 21000-22000

1660 Super is faster all-around compared to the 5500XT, and CUDA is (or at least used to be) better optimised than OpenCL for Blender rendering.
