My Laptop has 8GB Ram installed but only 5.88GB Usable

I tried the "msconfig" method but it won't work so..... HELP!

My unbalanced rig-

AMD Ryzen 5 3600 | ROG Strix Nvidia GTX 1650 GDDR6 | 16GB 3200MHZ Thermaltake Toughram RGB| MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX| 256 GB NVME SSD+2TB HDD | Corsair CX650M | NZXT H510.

The NZXT H510 is the best budget case EVER!

It's possible that a portion of it is allocated to permanent use by the iGPU. You can change the amount allocated in the BIOS, but permanently allocating memory actually drastically increases iGPU performance, so if you're gaming on this thing a RAM upgrade may be in order.
