Map doesn't render and shows black in immediate area

pineapplejuice

Hi, first time posting here!

I've attached a video of a phenomenon that has happened to me on more than one gaming pc and i just have no idea what is causing it or how to fix it.

I am running an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 with an NVIDIA RTX2070 Super, 16gb ram. I'm wondering if it is my monitor? I have a Dell IPS 4k monitor (60hz and 5ms response time)...

I've tried playing around with graphics settings, modifying NVIDIA control panel settings, updating all of the drivers with clean installs. Anyone ever see this or know what is happening?

The video doesn't show for me.

Anyway, what game are you talking about?

When the son of the deposed king of Nigeria emails you directly, asking for help, you help! His father ran the freaking country! Ok?

Hi, first time posting here! I just recently built my first ever PC 🙌 and I started playing some Warzone on it but I'm running into this issue pretty consistently where parts of the map in my field of view is completely blacked out... It starts to render when I move towards those black spots or hover over them (see view for more detail). I've played around with my graphics settings, game settings, updated all of the drivers/BIOS and still haven't been able to resolve it.

Has anyone ever seen this before or know what the root cause is?

PC Specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600

RAM: 8GB 3200

GPU: NVIDIA RTX2070 Super

Monitor: Dell Ultra HD 4K Monitor P2415Q (60hz Frame Rate with 8ms Response)

Looks like a GPU issue.

Try DDUing the GPU drivers and re-installing them.

Sorry, what does DDUing mean?

Display Driver Uninstaller. It will fully remove all Drivers and then you can reinstall them.

It’s downloadable from Guru3d I think, if not just look up ‘ddu download’

Looks like something broken in-game, considering that it’s shading directly below you and right outside of that square area, but not the rest of that square

Weirdly I've seen this before in a previous PC but for Battlefield 4. Granted, this was like 5+ years ago but I installed/uninstalled the game so many times and no one else I was playing with was seeing the same thing.
